RETURN & EXCHANGES POLICY:We gladly accept returns, exchanges and cancellations
Contact me within: 3 days of delivery.
Dispatch items back within: 7 days of delivery.
Request a cancellation within: 6 hours of purchase.
THE FOLLOWING ITEMS CAN'T BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED.
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, We don't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
CONDITIONS OF RETURN
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. All items must be returned unworn/unused in their original condition to qualify for a refund or exchange otherwise, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Postage and adequate insurance is the responsibility of the buyer. Please do not send anything back without notifying us first.
Please allow up to 10 days after we receive your exchange/ return for processing.

CUSTOMS / DUTY CHARGES:
We have no control over your country's customs officials. Some countries will charge duty for international packages and others will not, and all at different rates! Most packages go through without any charges, it is somewhat random, but please be advised that we have no control over how your country charges duty. These are NOT extra shipping charges. So please find out about your country’s customs and duty policies if you’re concerned. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
